IF YOU CAN'T LOGIN and you are using
Internet Explorer 6 or higher, please, try this:
Click on IE menu Tools --> Internet Options
Click on Privacy
Click on Advanced
Check "Override automatic cookie handling"
Check "Accept First-party Cookies" and "Accept Third-party Cookies"
Check Always allow session Cookies
Click Ok twice
